★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát po sobě byl zaslán k této firmě k posouzení náš gamepad, kvůli špatně fungujícím tlačítkům. Poprvé problém vyřešili "opravou tlačítek"(neopravili nic, vrátil se úplně stejný jaký odešel). Podruhé se nám gamepad vrátil s tím, že se reklamace zamítá - závada se neprojevila. Potřetí jsem už raději oslovil servis společnosti Microsoft která tyto gamepady vyrábí. Gamepad putoval do servisu do německa kde nám ho vyměnili za nový kus. Do servisu ConQuest a.s. bych už nic k opravě neposlal.
 Twice in a row, our gamepad was sent to this company for review, due to malfunctioning buttons. For the first time, they solved the problem by "fixing the buttons" (they didn't fix anything, he came back exactly the same as he left). The gamepad returned to us for the second time, stating that the complaint was rejected - the defect did not manifest itself. For the third time, I preferred to contact the Microsoft service that manufactures these gamepads. The gamepad traveled to Germany for service, where we exchanged it for a new piece. To the ConQuest a.s. I would not send anything for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie ma możliwości kontaktu z nimi - nie odpowiadają na maile. Życzą sobie zapłaty za naprawę wadliwych Joy-conów, które powinni naprawić za darmo.
It is not possible to contact them - they do not reply to e-mails. They want payment to repair their defective Joy-cones, which they should repair for free.

Tomu říkám zákaznický servis, když je člověk vytížený a nemůže si vyzvednout objednávku, společnost absolutně neochotná vyjít vstříc zákazníkovi, jakkoliv. Vyhněte se nákupům na Slevomatu či přes Mall, tahle společnost si Vaše peníze určitě nezaslouží. Pokud by šlo 0 hvězd, mají je.

Had to go there after Nintendo.cz referred me for a Joy-con repair/replacement.
Took 5min and got a new left joy-con fully functional ?? thanks a lot guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center was unable to reproduce a simple, widely known issue with the Nintendo Pro Controller D-Pad for months!
It's very uncommon of Nintendo (or its partners) to be so stubborn after their extraordinary prices.
At third attempt, they finally acknowledged the issue.
