★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Stavitel vyžaduje předem poplatek za prohlídku a zpracování nabídky (cca 10.000 Kč) a poté nabídne absolutně nepřiměřenou cenu zcela mimo trh, odpovídající zhruba cenové hladině Metrostavu nebo Skansky.
Mr. Stavitel requires a fee in advance for inspection and processing of the offer (approx. CZK 10,000) and then offers an absolutely disproportionate price completely outside the market, roughly corresponding to the price level of Metrostav or Skansky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání,vcelku jednoduchá rekonstrukce v mém bytě s mizerným provedením a pak i s odrzlým chováním.
Co je to za firmu se stačí zeptat v každých stavebinách v ČB a neřídit se recenzemi na webu (jako jsem udělal já).
Nikdy více.
Great disappointment, quite a simple reconstruction in my apartment with a miserable design and then with a frosty behavior.
What kind of business is you just have to ask in any building in the BW and do not follow the reviews on the web (as I did).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše zkušenosti s firmou Luňáček jsou jen ty nejlepší možné. Realizovali jsme s nimi kompletní rekonstrukci bytu a nemohli jsme být spokojenější. Jednání bylo vždy přátelské a vstřícné, profesionální a maximálně znalé dané problematiky. Pomohli nám i s návrhem úprav, s úřady a výběrem dalších subdodavatelů (truhlářství Šujan, podlahy Zeus, …), s nimiž byla spolupráce také excelentní, ale pro nás bez práce, navzájem už si vše vykomunikovali a zařídili sami. Detailní rozpočet a časový plán, který jsme předem dostali, byl přesně dodržen. Nyní už delší dobu bydlíme a můžeme tedy s klidným svědomím říct, že kvalita odvedené práce je skutečně špičková. To dokládá ostatně i to, že zástupci firmy si před předáním prošli celý byt, na kterém my jsme neshledávali jedinou chybu, a našli ještě různé nedostatky, na které nás upozornili a které nechali předělat. Děkujeme za perfektní spolupráci a vřele doporučujeme.
Our experience with Luňáček is just the best possible. We completed a complete apartment reconstruction with them and we could not be more satisfied. Negotiations have always been friendly and helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They also helped us with the proposal for modifications, with the authorities and the selection of other subcontractors (joinery Shujan, Zeus floor ...), with whom the cooperation was excellent, but for us without work, they have already mutated everything and arranged themselves. The detailed budget and schedule we received in advance was exactly followed. Now we have been living for a long time and we can say with calm conscience that the quality of the work done is really top-notch. This is evidenced, moreover, by the fact that the representatives of the company passed the whole apartment, before which we did not find a single mistake, and found various shortcomings, which they pointed out to us and which they had to remake. Thank you for your perfect cooperation and we strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelikož se mi opakovaně povedlo vytopit sousedy, domluvila jsem se s firmou Luňáček na opravě těsnění kolem vany a revizi koupelny. Vše se povedlo na jedničku. Byly rychlí a vstřícní. Since I repeatedly managed to heat the neighbors, I agreed with the company Luňáček to repair the seal around the bath and revise the bathroom. Everything went well. They were fast and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se stavební firmou Luňáček s.r.o. jsme realizovali vysněnou stavbu pasivního rodinného domu. Na firmu jsme dostali doporučení od vyhlášeného architekta. Jako jediná firma nám předložila zcela kompletní stavební rozpočet, který byl navíc finančně přiměřený. Jednání s panem Tomášem a Michalem Luňáčkem bylo vždy přátelské a na úrovni. Stavba proběhla dle časového a finančního harmonogramu. Řešení závad (měli jsme stavební dozor) probíhalo vždy slušně a vždy byly závady odstraněny. Vznikl dům s moderními technologiemi a s požadovanými vlastnostmi na pasivitu. Bloower door test proběhl úspěšně již v rámci zkoušky! Stavební firmu Luňáček rozhodně doporučujeme.

With the construction company Luňáček s.r.o. we realized the dream construction of a passive family house. We received a recommendation for the company from a renowned architect. As the only company, it presented us with a completely complete construction budget, which was also financially reasonable. Negotiations with Mr. Tomáš and Michal Luňáček were always friendly and up to standard. The construction took place according to the time and financial schedule. Defects were resolved (we had construction supervision) always went well and defects were always eliminated. A house with modern technologies and the required passivity properties was created. Bloower door test passed successfully as part of the test! We definitely recommend the construction company Luňáček.
