M	Michal Palka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po návštěvě s přítelkyní konzulátu jsem teda hleděl. Já jsem čech a takovou aroganci, povýšenost a drzost na své krajany jsem ješte neviděl teda. Když jsem se ozval po tom co začal ten trpaslík za stolem křičet ma starší pani, tak jsem byl vykázán ven, že je tam už moc lidí. Když tam přítelkyně volala, tak se ptala kolik bude cestovní pas stát, tak paní řikala, že nic. A ono ejhle….pán za přepážkou chtěl 2897kč a pouze kartou. Když jsem říkal, že paní v telefonu mi tvrdila, že to nic stát nebude, tak mi odpověděl, že telefony jsou monitorovaný, takže praktiky tohoto konzulátu jsou taky nějaké podezřelé. Horší zkušenost s úřadama jsem nezažil. Fuj a hanba !!!!!!!! So after a visit with a friend of the consulate, I stared. When I said that the lady on the phone told me that it would not cost anything, he replied that the phones were being monitored, so the practices of this consulate are also suspicious. I have not had a worse experience with the authorities. Ugh and shame !!!!!!!!

Головне уважно читати на сайті, вся необхідна інформація є, консульський збір платить в консульстві, мають там термінал. V závislosti na čase ale někdy bývá dost plno, takže je lepší se na frekventované časy zeptat předem, občas se bohužel nejde dovolat. Taky registrační systém ukrajinského Ministerstva zahraničí na sjednávání schůzek ne vždy funguje, pak člověk musí přijít prostě na blind v době příjmu dokladů (to je ale výtka ministerstvu, ne konzulátu). Úřednice přímo na konzulátu se snaží byrokratickou proceduru zjednodušit, než vám jo zbytečně komplikovat. Na přepážce se bez problémů domluvíte česky. Pan konzul udělení víza taky zbytečně nekomplikuje. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, the registration system of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry for arranging meetings does not always work, then one must simply come to the blind at the time of receipt of documents (but this is a reproach to the Ministry, not the consulate). The clerk at the consulate is trying to simplify the bureaucratic procedure before complicating things unnecessarily. You can speak Czech at the counter without any problems. The Consul does not unnecessarily complicate the issuance of visas either.

Jedu tam a oni mají nalepený papírek, že mají volno....To se dává takovou informaci na web a ne na branku!!!!!! Já, přece nemůžu vědět, že máte volno, pokud máte napsáno na webu, že máte otevřeno.!!!! Ztratila jsem den a zbytečně projela naftu....Kdo mi to zaplatí....????? О	Ольга Плець on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Була недавно в консульстві. Начиталась тут відгуків і вже налаштувалась на зіпсований день. Але спеціально зараз зайшла написати позитивний відгук, бо знаю що хороше лінь писати, а от погане - це ж обовязково треба. Була без реєстрації, бо справа термінова, почекала в черзі і вирішила всі питання, вже за півтори години мала документ. Поки чекала в черзі бачила що людей дууууже багато було і майже у всіх все було добре, швидко вирішували питання і йшли, але було дві людини разом які ну прямо всім не задоволені, ну все не так, і що доручення треба чекати більше за 10 хвилин і ксерокс не такий і діти плачуть, і їм ніхто не сказав що документи треба мати з собою і що країна у нас "класна" і що всі за їхні податки тут сидять, і чого мають реєструватись, що за порядки і так далі, вже всім в черзі набридло слухати це бубніння, і дуже всіх це затримувало, уявляю якщо таких за день декілька. Консул досить компетентний чоловік всім все пояснює, і дівчина що допомогає дуже привітна, допомагала заповнювати заяви. Від мене дякую! А щодо незадоволених, всяке буває.
