Za mne naprostá spokojenost. Rada se vrátím. Hned jak jsem se zeptala jestli si mohu vyzkoušet další šaty, paní prodavačka protočila očima se slovy, že nejsou velikosti, když jsem cokoliv řekla tvářily se arogantně, i když odpověděli docela mile. Jenže...obsluha nepříjemná jak...neochota, neslušnost, ano, přišli jsme dřív, ale mohli nám říct ,,slečny, omlouváme se, běžte ještě na chvilku jinam, pak se vám hned budeme věnovat,, ale řekli nám to ,,běž tě se projít, jste tu brzo,, s naprosto nadřazeným pohledem a hlasem. Sama za sebe už tam nevkročím, s kamarádkama jsme chtěli zažít super den při výběru šatů a odcházeli jsme zklamané, otrávené a se sebevědomím tak nízko, že už to víc nejde. Tato recenze není na majitele/ku ani na butik, ale na ty dvě prodavačky, tak zakomplexovaný a nepříjemný ženy jsem ještě neviděla. Site nice, dress nice, boutique so tiny but handsome. D	Danuska1995 Masnic. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stránky byli hezké vybrala jsem si hned pár šatů a udělala rezervaci v salónu. Obrovské zklamání byla návštěva salónu. Neochotný přístup, nevěnovala se nám ikdyž tam byli dvě prodavačky na dvě kabinky. Po výběru šatů, které jsme si vybrala jsem přešla k pokladně s tím že si je chci koupit a nastal problém. V mé velikosti měli pouze rozbalené které si mohl zkoušet každý. Na dotaz zda je možné objednat nové nerozbalené, bylo sděleno že nejsou skladem a že neví zda budou. Mám si sama zavolat majitelce a zjistit si zda budou. Už to mě zarazilo aby jsme já volala majitelce. Řekla jsem tedy OK divný přístup, ale šaty se mi líbily. Prodavačka mi strčila telefon do ruky s tím, že už mi paní majitelku vytočila. Majitelka byla překvapená že jí volám já a ne zaměstnankyně. Majitelka byla vstřícná a vše vysvětlila. Závěrem odcházela jsem bez šatů a špatnou zkušeností. The site was nice I chose a few dresses and made a reservation in the salon. A huge disappointment was the visit to the salon. The saleswoman put the phone in my hand, saying that the owner had already called me. The owner was surprised that I was calling her and not the employee. The owner was helpful and explained everything. In the end, I left without a dress and a bad experience.
M	Martin Zeleny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná zkušenost, nikdy více. Hned při vstupu mne paní v mikádu sjela pohledem a místo pozdravu uvítala slovy "máte rezervaci ?". Poté co jsem ji ubezpečil že ano, tak mne upozornila že až za deset minut. Teprve až jsem jí poprosil (ano, zde se prosí, že se můžete podívat na zboží) zda se před tím než začneme zkoušet šaty, můžeme porozhlédnout, nás s blahosklonným zamručením nechala se dívat. Chtěl bych podotknout, že později, kdy jsme v obchodě již s dcerou byli sami na dvě pokladní (ne zde nejsou obchodnice, ale jen pokladní), tak nově příchozí byli stále ponižováni dotazy na rezervace, ačkoliv byl obchod v podstatě prázdný. Paní pokladní vám nijak nakupování neusnadní, maximálně vám řeknou že vám všechno sluší. Dost neupřímně.Po porovnání se zkušeností v jiných obchodech se tento dá přirovnat jedině k secondhandu, kde si sami hledáte v hromadě nevyžehleného oblečení ucházející kus. Vyřešili jsme to výměnou za jiné,které mi dnes přišli a jsou krásné. Moc děkuji a jen tak dále. ☺ I recommend all ten. I ordered the dress, it came two days later.
