Pokud se nedohodnete přímo s určitým řidičem tak přijdete i pozdě do práce a to nemluvím o jiných věcech. Majitelé by se měli nad sebou zamyslet a něco dělat taky podnikám takže vím že zákazník je na prvním místě. Pokud to tak půjde dál tak budu muset hledat jinou službu o cenu nejde ale o spolehlivost. Vždy když jsem volala mi bylo sděleno, že řidič hned dorazí a když bylo větší vytížení, byla jsem informována o čekání dopředu abych s tím počítala. Ale dnešní zážitek masakr. Volám si pravidelně taxi na cca 5ti minutovou trasu v Havířově na vlak, protože tak brzo ráno ještě ani autobusy nejezdi. Po 15 minutách čekání, bez upozornění, mi vlak samozřejmě ujel a já byla nucena se nechat odvést až do Ostravy. A to ani nemluvím o tom, že po městě s tím autem letí i 100 km/h. Už nikdy víc!
