★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem koupila mražené jádrové knedlíčky.Po otevření sáčku jsem byla překvapená,jak knedlíčky byly z jedné strany černé a namrznute na hromádce,bylo jasné,že byly napůl rozmrazeny a znovu zmrazené.Když jsem je přinesla do obchodu,asi 30 min po koupi,vedoucí ani nevyšla z kanceláře,a bylo mi řečeno,že otevřené nevrací. JAK BYCH ASI ZJISTILA JAK KNEDLIČKY VYPADAJI,KDYŽ MAJÍ NEPRŮHLEDNÝ OBAL.
Není fér k zákazníku že bez podívání neuznají reklamaci,knedlíčky jsem nechala na pultě.Jen mě je líto,že jsem neudělala fotku jak vypadaly.
Today I bought frozen core dumplings. After opening the bag I was surprised how the dumplings were black on one side and frozen in a pile, it was clear that they were half thawed and re-frozen. When I brought them to the store, about 30 minutes after purchase, The manager didn't even leave the office, and I was told she wasn't open. HOW I WOULD FIND OUT HOW THE BUTTONS LOOK LIKE WHEN THEY HAVE AN OPAQUE PACKAGING.
It is not fair to the customer that they do not accept the complaint without looking, I left the dumplings on the counter. I'm just sorry that I didn't take a picture of what they looked like.
