Už nechodím jinde. Ignore negative reviews at all. For me, the best printer in Ostrava. It meets deadlines, and if you need something right away, you still have it that day. I don't go anywhere else.

Objednávali jsme e-mailem, předem neposlali ani nabídku s cenou a pak rovnou přišlo potvrzení, že je tisk hotový až na místě jsme se dozvěděli astronomickou cenu. 500 korun za 4 obyčejné A2 plakáty. Naposledy jsme zde tisknuli. Incredible prices that no one will notice in advance. We ordered by e-mail, they did not even send an offer with the price in advance, and then a confirmation came immediately that the printing was done, and we learned the astronomical price on the spot. 500 crowns for 4 ordinary A2 posters. We last printed here.

Tak jsem tedy objednávku zaplatila bez slevy, podruhé jsem objednala tedy přes 3 e-maily, v každém z nich jsem napsala k objednávce číslo studentské karty. Bez efektu. Cena byla opět bez slevy. Paní na recepci mi řekla, ze s tím nic neudělá. Aha. Chápu, že se člověk splete, uvítala bych, kdybych tedy alespoň dostala nějaký poukaz na příští tisk zdarma, ale nic takového se nestalo. I understand that one is wrong, I would welcome if I could at least get a voucher for the next free print, but nothing like that happened. I won't come anymore.

Se vším velká spokojenost, určitě doporučuji. Bachelor thesis in ring binding. Ordered through the website, work ready for collection in 40 minutes. 60 pages cost me CZK 200. With all the great satisfaction, I definitely recommend.

But last time I went there there was this young lady, and as I was struggling to say something in Czech I used a few words in English and suddenly she said in a not very nice way in Czech: "no, no, no, here we speak Czech, not English!". I don't know if she was being mean or not, but she wasn't nice, I never disrespect her or anything, so I don't like that kind of treatment. I am learning the language and really trying to use it, it is not easy, but I always comunicate in my basic Czech when I can. Honestly, I don't understand her treatment and behavior. It is a shame because the other people working there are nice, but I don't want to go back and be treated badly by that person again, so I will just go to another place.
