C	Cool Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly decent place to give a visit to. I went there one weekend and had a lemon muffin. It was alright. The muffin was of a decent size. It was covered with an almost in-perceivable layer of sugar and had this lemon sauce in the middle of it. I didn't really like this sauce to be honest. It tasted a little too fake. The muffin was also way too expensive if you ask me at about two bucks. I did need to wait somewhere for an hour somewhere and Costa was a decent place in that aspect. They have these cool seats and even plugs in case your bring your charger. I also believe they have free WiFi, although I didn't really check that. In the end, much worthy place.

Happened to me several times. 4 people in front of me, waiting 15 minutes and didn't even order yet. There are two staff members making coffee. Use the Costa window in metro vestibule. Way faster. 1 staff member, 3 people in front of me. Got my coffee under 5 minutes.

I was there two days ago 10 minutes before the coffee shop closed and my friend and I sat down for a moment and had a shopping bag in my hand, and it was in a very expensive Hermes brand of shoes that I had just bought. When we found out the coffee shop was going to close, we decided to leave and left, and then when I got home, I realized I left the shopping bag there, and when I got there early in the morning the next day, they said the bag wasn't there, and I told them it was impossible to disappear, and I reiterated it because I thought someone might have taken it, and I wasn't sure if they had cameras, but they said that only the coffee shop manager had access and authority, and then. One day later,I went back there and was told that the cameras were looked at, but nothing suspicious was seen, but I certainly didn't believe it, and I felt the need to explain the situation because it means that such a franchise company's employees resort to such distractions and lies, so I can't recommend it to anyone else. I definitely suggest no one should go there, especially if something is forgotten, I can tell you that what is forgotten will disappear. ???

I had 12 minutes to wait for my tram and I thought that would be enough time to grab a quick coffee, but instead I stood behind one customer while the barista spent 11+ minutes (she was working on it before I arrived) fixing one coffee. I didn’t even get to order, luckily. I’d hate to think if I had actually gotten my order in, then was late to my appointment because it took her too long to make it. Is there any way Costa can speed up service? I’m constantly disappointed unless there is no one else inside.

I assume it could be overcrowded in the morning. Because the place located on "hot spot" between metro station, tram stop, bus stop and train station. Good options of deserts or sandwiches or cold/hot drinks.
