Perfect! Got antigen test to get back to US, 15 minutes results came, they were nice and no line

By far the worst covid sampling place. While the staff is friendly, you wait for way too long in line for the test (even with a reservation), then you wait a long time for the SMS result to arrive and then you have a 50/50 chance of actually getting the certificate in your mail. All this at a higher price than other sampling points. I’ll recommend you go to Prevedig instead

Problem, Problem. The delivery of the PCR result was fast (8 hours) however I never got the QR in time (it was never uploaded in my ocko.uzis account due to incorrect data). CovidPoint told me to wait 48 hours .... didn't help at all. After 48 hours, I contacted ocko.uzis and they fixed the issue in less than 1 hour.

Testing itself was very fast, stuff was friendly and nice. I didn't receive my results to email automatically, but they have sent my results by email in less than half an hour after request.

Friendly staff, but don’t except the result! i got mine after 3 days waiting when I called them like 3 times. Now I am again waiting already 30 hours, in other places around Prague I got my result within 23 hours …

Bought a PCR test online for 8am, results to be sent by 12pm that night. The testing was simple enough, but the results never arrived. Their support email address does not work and the emails bounce and there are no other contact details. We had to visit the office in person (yellow building beside the testing points) and ask for the result print out.

I never received my E-Mail with the Covid PCR Result. It seems that they dont cant handle the technical Background very well. I had a Flight the next Day, without the Test Result a had probably canceled them. The CZ Aids Help (i guess) in the near has the Results at the Reception, and will print them out. Without the Help of them i couldnt have made my Flight. Thanks. But in Case of PCR Test, maybe use a nother Service Station.

Everywhere is written that in case you cannot come, please cancel so any other people had a possibility to book this time. All is great, we will return you 80% of the price. BUT! In the moment you cancel you see the message that the money will be returned as credit to your account in the app!!! Sorry, you are takong 20% which is totally ok but return the money not give me a voucher!!!
