Lenka, is gifted as a cranial sacral massage therapist. Whilst in Prague attending an academic conference, my body shut down. I had been traveling 4 weeks. I desperately needed some healing though all my resources were in America or a few in Vienna.
I AM SO THANKFUL LENKA lister her PROFESSIONAL SKILL SET thru Airbnb!
As soon as I walked in her studio SHE GREETED ME WITH A LOVELY CUP OF HOT TEA & said “would you like some honey too?” MY MIND BODY SOUL & SPIRIT instantly felt at HOME.
Lenka was familiar with Chronic Lyme Disease. She got focused on her MEDICINAL HEALING TECHNIQUES and I WAS IMPRESSED TO EXPERIENCE MY PHYSICAL PAIN LESSENING and my mind from being maxed out intellectually and just from the stress of traveling alone only speaking English & German, I left her CARING HANDS, FEELING less jumbled and more like my old self !!
I FELT RENEWED...PEACEFUL. READY and equipped to travel two more weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a problem with my neck for a long time. Recurring pain makes my functioning difficult. Two weeks ago, it got worst as I had small accident. Happily Lenka restored my neck. I used craniosacral therapy for the first time and it was a beautiful experience. Painful but effective. During the session I experienced different visualisations. I felt like I was observing my body from the inside, especially the chest and the inside of the skull. They were very elusive images. These illustrations are an attempt to capture them.

She has treated me for headache and stress which was greatly relaxing. I have also had a treatment for a hip and leg injury which was a very different treatment but once again excellent.
