I really appreciate the area (bar) where you can sit down after workout and enjoy your protein shake or their amazing coffee! And? FIRST CLASS FOR FREE.

He took time to teach me HSPU properly and I was finally able to do my first ones here in Prague. Thanks a lot again it was really helpful and I’ve really appreciated it.
Gym itself is big enough and really well equipped for all kind of workout.
I will definitely recommend CrossFit Meat Factory to anyone spending a few days in Prague and I will go back there again for sure if i’m back in town.
