Náš příběh
Od malička mne přitahovala gastronomie a cestování po celém světě, skvělé jídlo a víno se stalo součástí této cesty. Měl jsem možnost poznat mnoho národností a navštívit mnoho desítek zemí. Itálie se stala mým oblíbeným místem a rozmanité chutě spolu se skvělým vínem ve mne vzbudily vášeň a nezapomenutelné zážitky. Cesty mne zavedly do městečku Lucca, kde má jeden z mých italských přátel Pasquale skvělou trattorii. Díky němu jsem ve Florencii objevil malý vinný bar, který snad neměl nikdy židli volnou a na stůl tu čekali nejen turisté, ale i místní. Tak tady jsem objevil "crostone" , Vůně a lahodná chuť místních surovin spojená s křupavým toskánským chlebem a sklenkou Barbery od Claudia Mariotta mne uchvátily. Těším se, až se o tento zážitek podělím s Vámi v našem podniku a přenesu tento kousek Itálie k Vám.
Mým přáním je, aby si u nás hosté, kamarádi, rodina a přátelé, hlavně povídali, smáli se a sdíleli své zážitky při sklence vína či domácí limonády a se skvělým „Crostone“.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant bistro with quite special selection of Italian wines and goods. Very simple but cozy interior, friendly and welcoming stuff. I had bruschetta with burrata cheese and it was delicious, I can tell that it was made from really quality ingredients. Price is a bit above the average comparing to places around but worth the quality. Overall a nice bistro to come for a glass of wine in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A somehow unspectacular place from outside, the Costrone (name derives from their major dish, which is a somehow sophisticated pizza, but looks like a taco crepe with different fillings) welcomes you with a heart-warmingly lovely personnel, a great menu with selected delicacies from Italy, prepared with a big love for the detail, yet, not artificially made up.
Great wines, cozy music, nice lighting concept, a place to float into the evening, but also for a chilled start into a new day with every day (!) brunch from 9 am on. Prices are €€-€€€, but worth it every single crown.
Will go there again, definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously the best place on JZP square. The food is delicious especially the all day brunch and especially the ricotta pancakes.
You can tell they use quality ingredients and the prices are reasonable.
The staff are super friendly especially the chefs who go out of their way to accommodate your reasonable requests.
I go here all the time and would recommend it.

Although this usually this is not necessarily a criterion through which to judge a restaurant, the plates and coffee cups were absolutely adorable. They really added to the very pleasant vibe of the restaurant. Highly recommended. Very close to the subway as well.

When we arrived, it was just one table available, but with dishes on it. The staff waited some time to clean the table, while we stood near the door. The service is a little bit slow, ok-ish. Maybe because it was a Friday evening, I guess.
