What can you expect from the office complex.

The Crystal Hell title for the ugliest building of the last quarter of a century was awarded the Crystal Building in Vinohrady in the Prague survey. Generally speaking, people do not welcome buildings that do not feel useful. These include, for example, large office buildings that serve practically only their employees.

My rating is focused only on availability and parking. ZPMV is in a beautiful building with the distinctive name Crystal. It is located on a quite busy location on Vinohradská Street, near the intersection and metro station Zelivskeho, where there is a bus station. A few meters from the building there are tram stops No. 10, 16 and 5. Because there are construction works on Vinohradská street, there are no trams 11 and 13. The availability is great, unfortunately, it is not possible to say about passenger transport by car, for a visit to an insurance company. Crystal building has two parking lots. One is under the building where the public will not get and the other right next to the building, with the arrival from Vinohradská Street. My experience at the entrance to the outdoor car park is when the arriving car stopped at the barrier and the driver pushed the button to open it. The barrier did not rise even after a few creases. I've been watching it for some cars, and it's always the same. The paradox is that there were several vacant places in the parking lot, and yet the light information at the entrance glowed red, warning that the parking lot was fully occupied! The announcement explained the fact that the barrier did not automatically pick up. I noticed that some drivers were calling and the latch then rose. Anyone who is not familiar with this procedure and does not have any contact with someone, does not get to the car park, and after unsuccessful attempts, he has to back out and go away. I read carefully the information board for parking and found out that it does not follow information that is clear and comprehensible. My conclusion on this subject is, do not rely on parking near the building and use the paid parking lot just across the cemetery. Or use public transport and do not have to deal with parking.

It is probably a matter of opinion, but I do not like this building in this place. From a certain point of view, it is located between the St. Vitus Cathedral and the Žižkov transmitter. Occasionally he acts as a ship's sail attached to the temple. Perhaps it would fit better on the Pankrác plain, where several modern high-rise buildings already stand.
