★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Začněte jezdit v čas a upozorněte cestující na případné zpoždění. Dnes opět zpoždění. Na Idos.cz ani jedna známka o zpoždění. (Linka 106 - Kyjov-Brno) Čekal jsem půl hodiny v mrazu spolu s dalšími lidmi bez jakékoliv informace. Na infolince nikdo telefony nezvedá. Není to poprvé co jsem na ní volal. Zatím jsem se ještě ani jednou nedovolal. Jsem absolutně nespokojen s vašimi informačními službami. Spousta dopravců i MHD normálně v aplikaci poskytuje info a ukazuje i zpoždění v řádu 1-2 minut. Nechápu jak si můžete dovolit neupozornit lidi. kterým jede autobus jednou za hodinu o tom, že autobus prostě nepojede. Hádám, že o peníze, o které jsem kvůli tomu přišel mi neproplatíte. A omlouvat se 30 lidem za to, že na mě čekají asi taky nebudete.. Buď informujte lidi o zpoždění a poloze autobusu tak, jak to v roce 2020 dělají všichni, nebo to nedělejte vůbec..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pondělí 19.7. jsem cestoval pravidelnou linkou Brno-Kyjov 106 04 Venku dusno v buse dvakrát tolik, bez klimy a bez moznosti otevrení alespoň ventilačních oken,pan řidič bez roušky cestující přidušení v roušce.(tip busu?) Důvod? Ušetření pohonných hmot a následné benefity?Litoval jsem těch cestujicich kteří museli až na konečnou ?
