This is perhaps the worst bus carrier in the Czech Republic I know. Every time I return from the South Moravian Region to Pardubice, I feel 20 years back in integrated transport. Instead of line numbers and information panels on buses, there are paper signs with only the start and end stations, with some lines intersecting and not traveling for the first time or many people, it is rather confusing. For IDS JMK, the lines on buses are for example numbers 254,217, etc., which does not exist here. Furthermore, the bus does not report stations, which is quite a big problem for people going to some stop for the first time. Sometimes it happens that a bus stops, or even stops people waiting there (that is quite absurd and totally unacceptable). Furthermore, there is no information screens in the interiors of buses, as already mentioned IDS JMK with a list of stops and information messages. Another thing that really irritates me is the horrible IREDO card. This does not apply directly to ČSAD, but something should be done about it. Cards cannot be recharged over the Internet and the activation bus takes up to min. 10s, sometimes not at all. The appearance of tickets, which has not changed for half a century, not to mention. And the delays are everyday. Perhaps every day it happens to me that the driver is going to shop for a minute before leaving the starting station, have a cup of coffee, smoke, chat with the bus drivers and leave 10 minutes late. The absolute shame of the region.

The drivers of this company drive like pigs, they force their advantages by entering the biggest pigs in the whole district at the intersection.

The worst carrier! No traffic is strengthened during the event .. the bus that was supposed to leave at 9:05 did not arrive..we were waiting at the starting station
