★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám jednu hvězdu za naprosto arogantní přístup k zákazníkovi. Dispečink naprosto nekomunikuje. Volal jsem na 4 místa a dovolal jsem se na jedno (Valašské Meziříčí), kde mi řekli, že stejně musím volat Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, protože z Valmezu mi nepomůže... Vyhýbám se jakékoliv podpoře této společnosti!!
I give one star for an absolutely arrogant approach to the customer. Dispatching does not communicate completely. I called 4 places and I reached one (Valašské Meziříčí), where they told me that I still have to call Rožnov pod Radhoštěm because Valmez will not help me ... I avoid any support of this company !!
