★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Я з України. Хотіла відкрити картку в цьому банку. Для того , щоб надати її в центр зайнятості , для допомоги втікачам від війни. 11.04 .я не змогла прийти по запису для створення рахунку . Прийшла 12.04. Працівниця за столиком N 2 відправила мене аж на 10.05. / через місяць /., хоча я їй пояснювала ситуацію, і що у мене дитина з інвалідністю і я не мала транспорту підїхати , бо живу в селі за Зліном. Відвідувачів не було. Це було навмисне відтягувааня процедури, так, як я з України.

The worker at table No. 2 sent me to 10.05. / a month later /., although I explained to her the situation and that I have a child with a disability and I did not have to drive because I live in the village behind Zlin. There were no visitors. It was a deliberate delay in the procedure, as I am from Ukraine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treat you as you are not welcome i live in czech for 10 years and have euro account with another bank but i want to open with csob i ask for it and she say because iam forgin i cant open . I say its bank rules because i have with another so its not state rules she say yes ?
