★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza není kde parkovat, když je nezapomeň zaplatit. Zapomeneš šup MP Teplice a bloková pokuta. Asi vydělává ČSOB málo? Další chtěl jsem investovat do fondů za 14 dní se nikdo neozval a to ani po dvou urgencích. Něco tam hnije.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální přístup! Na konci ledna jsem dala pokyn k prodeji cenných papírů z dědictví po babičce a do měsíce jsem měla mít peníze na účtu. Jsme na konci března a stále nic. 19.3 jsem kontaktovala p. Pastora se kterým jsem prodej řešila. Týden mi neodpovídal na telefonáty. Až po tom co jsem zavolala přímo na pobočku se ozval, že se na to podívá. Od 26.3. čekám na jeho vyjádření kde je tedy problém. A stále nic nevím. Pobočka mi po telefonu nepomůže, protože tyhle věci dělá pan Pastor,( dostavit se nemohu, chodím do práce) kontakt na nadřízeného p. Pastora mi nedají protože nesmí. Neuvěřitelný přístup v době nouzového režimu kdy většině obyvatelstva dochází peníze.... ať žije zákaznický servis!!! Nikdy v životě ČSOB

It wasn't until I called the branch directly that he said he'd look into it. From 26.3. I'm waiting for his statement where the problem is. And I still don't know anything. The branch will not help me on the phone, because Mr. Pastor does these things, (I can't come, I go to work) they won't contact my Pastor's superior because they can't. Incredible approach in times of emergency mode when the majority of the population is running out of money .... long live customer service !!! Never in the life of ČSOB
