★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevybírat !!! žrout karet, zjišten stav účtů, vrácena karta, následně vložena karta znovu, zadán znovu PIN a při zadávání částky k výběru se bankrotomat krásně rozblikal a sežral platební kartu, protože 0:00:00 .
- v tomto kroku jsem již byl ověřen zadaným PINem
Call na helpdesk:
- žádná platební karta nebyla zadržena
- takže ČSOB ani neví / nedokáže dohledat z jakého důvodu měla být zadržena karta
Ještěže existuje kamerový záznam ... ten však spravuje externí firma ...
Nyní super proces nechat si udělat novou a čekat 14 dní na novou kartu, případně přes urychlené vyřízení a poplatek vymáhat na ČSOB.
ČSOB bankomatům i bance je lepší se vyhnout.
Fascinuje mě i jejich neschopnost tu zadrženou kartu dohledat či naprosto nulová ochota situaci jakkoliv řešit s tvrzením že kartu nezadrželi. Až po pár dnech řešení potvrdili že kartu zadrželi.

Call the helpdesk:
- No credit card has been withheld
- so ČSOB does not even know / can find out why the card should have been withheld
There is still a camera recording ... but it is managed by an external company ...
Now it's a great process to get a new one and wait 14 days for a new card, or collect it from ČSOB through expedited processing and a fee.
It is better to avoid ČSOB ATMs and the bank.
I am also fascinated by their inability to find the held card or the absolutely zero willingness to solve the situation in any way with the claim that they did not hold the card. Only after a few days of resolution did they confirm that they had withheld the card.
