★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nefunkcni pobocka !! Dovolate se na prepazku kde vam pani rekne ze nema cas, protoze ma "plnou frontu lidi". To co je jinde samozrejmosti, treba objednani na urcitou dobu tady je problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhá čekací doba u pokladny. Pokladní odchází s klientem vyřizovat jinou záležitost a klienti čekají i 20 minut. Na tuto službu by tam měli mít jiného pracovníka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včerejší chování paní na pobočce šílené. Tak arogantní osobu jsem ještě neviděla. Na to, že člověk je klientem a mluví se s ním jako s dobytkem jinde není. Sdělit někomu, že pusa mu jede o sto šest jsem nezažila a to nezmiňuji další věci. Ještě, že jsem tam měla svědka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem měla možnost navštívit pobočku v Chomutově . Tak dlouhá čekací doba na pokladně snad není ani v Kauflandu. Přijde mi ze čekat přes půl hodiny na pokladně ve frontě kde porad zaměstnanec odchází a baví se s kolegy místo aby pracoval mě přijde moc . Trosku na tom zapracovat a bylo by to dobrý .
