Bezdůvodné zrušení účtu, zadržování financí.
Žiju v cizině a bez udáni důvodu mi ČSOB zrušilo učet. Přitom učet zrušili sami a ani mi nikdo nebyl schopný sdělit důvod zrušení. Neobržel jsem žádné upozornění o zrušení učtu. Akorát mi přišel dopis kde stálo že se mám dostavit na pobočku vyzvednout své peníze. Jelikož jsem nemohl vycestovat ze země. Abych peníze vybral musel jsem odcestovat na nejbližší ambasadu, nechat si ověřit podpis a Fedexem to poslat do česka což mě stálo 2500kč
Abasáda naoplátku po mě vyžadovala výpisy z účtu.
ČSOB mělo ještě tu drzost si říct o 1800kč za výpisy ze zrušeného účtu.
A velice přijemná paní mi ještě sdělila že mi chodí výpisy poštou... což opravdu nechodily.
Jakožto dlouholetého klienta ČSOB mě toto chováni dost zaraziloa nemohu nadále teto bance veřit se svými financemi a taktéž doporučuji všem svým známým, ať se ji obloukem vyhnout.
Unreliable bank
Unreasonable account cancellation, withholding of funds.
I live abroad and ČSOB has canceled my account without giving a reason. At the same time, they canceled the account themselves, and no one was able to tell me the reason for the cancellation. I haven't received any account cancellation notifications. I just received a letter stating that I should come to the branch to pick up my money. Because I couldn't leave the country. To withdraw the money, I had to travel to the nearest embassy, have my signature verified and send it to the Czech Republic with Fedex, which cost me CZK 2,500.
In return, the embassy demanded account statements from me.
ČSOB still had the audacity to ask for CZK 1,800 for statements from the canceled account.
And a very nice lady also told me that my statements went to the post office ... which they really didn't.
As a long-term client of ČSOB, I was quite taken aback by this behavior and I can no longer trust this bank with my finances, and I also recommend all my friends to avoid it by arc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Člověku pošlou SMS ať si vyzvedne novou kartu a hodinu čeká aniž by sj jo kdokoli všiml jediné co vám poví je ze si máte sednout že jsou všichni obsazení. Když náhodou už někdo někoho odbavi tak se sebere a na 30min odejde
They will send you an SMS to pick up a new card and wait for an hour without anyone noticing. The only thing they will tell you is that you have to sit down and they are all busy. If by chance someone has already checked in, they will pick up and leave for 30 minutes
