Tady to mají hodně na salámu.. Systém všeho všudy žádnej, respektive si ho tam upravují k obrazu svému, vedoucí pobočky zřejmě neexistuje protože opakovaně odkazují pouze na jeho zástupce. Toho vedoucího bych posadil ke stolu aby začal makat a vědět jak to tam funguje.

Non rispondono mai al telefono. Non sono capaci di gestire nemmeno un semplice bonifico europeo. Pazzesco

Obyčejnou změnu trvalého příkazu jsme nakonec na pobočce vzdali.. 20 min. jsme trpělivě čekali, až si dva bankovní pracovníci (pán s paní) před námi vysvětlí všechny své úkony v počítači a na tabletu, které pro tak triviální požadavek zmateně prováděli. Myslela jsem si, že nám naopak čas ušetří, ale raději vše provedeme sami v internetovém bankovnictví. Chtělo by to více profesionality!
We finally gave up the ordinary change of standing order at the branch. 20 min. we waited patiently for the two bankers (Mr. and Mrs.) in front of us to explain all their actions on the computer and on the tablet, which they were confused for such a trivial request. On the contrary, I thought that it would save us time, but we would rather do everything ourselves in internet banking. It would take more professionalism!
