★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uzavřenou smlouvu mi následně zrušily pro chybné spočítání pojistného na straně pojišťovny. To bych ještě překousl, Ale že po mě následně chtěli zaplatit pojistné a po reklamaci, místo odpovědí jsem se dočkal předžalobní upomínky tak to je síla. Neprofesionalita a následná lhostejnost, ignorace a arogance. To jsou asi hlavní znaky této pojišťovny
They then canceled the contract because of incorrect calculation of premiums on the part of the insurance company. I'd still bite, But that after me wanted to pay premiums and after the complaint, instead of replies I received a pre-trial reminder so it is power. Non-professionalism and consequent indifference, ignorance and arrogance. These are probably the main features of this insurance company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této kanceláři už nikdy více. Klientem této pojištovny jsem byl několik let. Nikdy jsem neřešil pojistnou událost, vše probíhalo bez problémů do doby než tam skončil člověk, který se o mě staral. Byl mi tam přidělen člověk jiný a od té doby hrůza děs. Každodenními telefonáty počínaje, pře naléhání, že musím smlouvy změnit až po osobní návštěvu u mě doma, kdy jsem nebyl doma a dotyčný člověk nechtěl odejít dokud nepřijdu domů, ačkoliv jej manželka o to žádala. Při mé následné návštěvě na pobočce se mi věnoval pán, který mne vyloženě ponižoval a v podstatě se mi smál do očí. Když jsem psal stížnost na vedení pojištovny, tak ti mě odpálkovali s tím, že si vymýšlím a nic takového se nestalo. Pozrušoval jsem u nich tedy veškeré smlouvy a šel jinam
No more in this office. I have been a client of this insurance company for several years. I never dealt with an insurance claim, everything went smoothly until the person who took care of me ended up there. I was assigned a different person there, and since then it was terrible. Starting with daily calls, insisting that I had to change contracts to a personal visit to my home when I was not at home and the person did not want to leave until I came home, although my wife asked him to. During my subsequent visit to the branch I was devoted to a gentleman who downright humiliated me and basically laughed in my eyes. When I wrote a complaint about the management of the insurance company, they detonated me saying I was making up and nothing like that happened. So I suspended all contracts with them and went elsewhere
