★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem uzavřít balík pojištění k vozidlu, ale protože jsem se z práce dostal na pobočku až v 16:50, uvítal mne velmi nadšený obličej “premium” bankéřky - pomalu abych se ještě prosil o obsloužení - to ho raději uzavřu u konkurence, která se mnou všechno pořeší po telefonu ... well done čsob premium! ??
 I wanted to take out a car insurance package, but since I got to the office at 4:50 pm, I was greeted by a very excited face of "premium" banker - slowly to beg for service - I would rather close it to a competitor I will solve everything by phone ... well done čsob premium! ??

The branch was fine, everything was handled quickly, the bankerwoman was happy to advise and take care of everything.

The premium account and its benefits are one big joke. Each employee tells you different information and no one knows anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank ever!!!!! And an awful and useless customer service. We are foreigners and as we tried to withdraw money in one of the ATM, the machine swallowed the card and stopped working. We tried to call the customer service but they said that no one can help us and we have to call our bank that is abroad. We explained that we are left with no card and no money but they did not care. It is the first time that we are experiencing such a thing. We never got it back. It is a shame !!!!!! Avoid using this atm
