★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20min cakania bez toho aby sa jedine cislo pohlo. Pritom na pobocke boli rano dvaja ludia. Totalna ignoracia zakaznikov. Som rad ze sem uz nikdy nemusim osobne
 20 minutes of waiting without the number moving. There were two people at the branch in the morning. Total ignoring of customers. I'm glad I never have to come here in person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za sebe mohu tuto pobočku doporučit. Vše, co jsem chtěl vyřídit, jsem vyřídil s velmi příjemnou paní za půl hodinky. Navíc jsem po vytažení lístečku nemusel ani dlouho čekat, jen pár minutek.
A jejich vkladový bankomat na mince je zábavný!
I can recommend this branch for myself. Everything I wanted to do, I did with a very nice lady in half an hour. In addition, I didn't have to wait long after pulling out the ticket, just a few minutes.
And their coin deposit machine is fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po hodině a půl čekání kdy sem přišel na řadu mi paní řekla, že kolega co dělá důchodové pojištění je již vytížen, ať si domluvím schůzku.
(Chápu že měl plný diář, ale ať je tam alespoň jeden člověk, co se tedy zeptá čekajících co potřebují a případně je pošle domů)
After an hour and a half of waiting for my turn to come, the lady told me that a colleague who is doing pension insurance is already busy, so I can make an appointment.
(I understand that he had a full diary, but let there be at least one person who will ask the waiting people what they need and possibly send them home)

Complete their questionnaire, but still do not know which kind of documents we need to submit to finish the process. Bad communications after personal meeting. Even their branch director do not answering phone..
