The Ďáblice´s Cemetery is unique in that it is the only Cubist cemetery in Czech (and because Cubist architecture is not found elsewhere, so in the whole world). It was built in 1912 - 1914 according to the design of architect Vlastislav Hofman and is listed among cultural monuments. Very unusual is the use of cubist morphology, which is applied to the enclosure wall, entrance pavilions and gate. When it was founded, it was simply called the Prague Central Cemetery because it was planned as one of the three central cemeteries in Prague - in Olšany, in Chodov and in Ďáblice. The construction of the Chodov Cemetery was abandoned during the Second World War. The perimeter wall was disturbed by the cracks, so a huge reconstruction took place in 2016.

Not only this wall, but also other cubist buildings in this cemetery are exceptional.
