V	Viktor Dutko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm disgusted. At first everything looked fine. However situation changed in the blink of an eye. Unappetising sweets, awful behavior on side of employees. Waiter said that water comes with coffee (we didn't order a water). Later its billed in the receipt. If I could, I would give 0 out of 5. Would never go there again.
A	Aura Lion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked the price for one scoop. The man said €1. We ordered 3 ice creams and the man said we had to pay €5. We argued but paid it anyways to avoid problems. I asked for cheese cake flavour, but I have no idea what flavour it really was. It tasted horribly artificial and the cone was old. It's a typical tourist trap, a complete rip off. Don't ever go there, don't give them your money! 1 star is even too much for this sh*t hole!
D	David Prepletany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to try some of their cakes/pastry which looked good, but given the unwelcoming attitude of the local staff we just turned around and walked away. It was also rather weird that all cakes cost the same. That’s truly unusual and perhaps it means that they all taste the same irrespective of colour, shape, ingredients, etc. We spent several days in Olomouc and didn’t come back to this cake shop.
M	M Westbrook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like it’s a regular scam, they tried to give us two bottles of expensive water that we didn’t order, which we rejected immediately (thinking it was innocent mistake until reading other reviews). We ordered horká čokoláda (hot chocolate) and cappuccino - no room for misunderstanding. They brought instead of the hot chocolate a cream and fruit dessert that was 3 times more expensive. The menus were disgusting and torn up. The staff were standing around doing nothing and had to wait ages to ask for the bill, which they then didn’t bring. We went up to pay and they did not want to put it through the tills to tax office until we insisted to have receipt to check we were not over charged. AWFUL EXPERIENCE and NO surprise there was only one other group there!! We will never go back again!

But we thought we just want ice cream, what can they do. I asked for a scoop of one flavour and a scoop of another flavour. He gave me 2 scoops of each and an upgrade in cone. Then I said just 1 scoop of each, and he argued that I said 2. I said it in Czech, so no chance of misunderstanding. Best to avoid this place, as they're still scamming everyone!

Waitress was pleasant and helpful, You pay at the register when you are done. place looks really nice when you enter but if you need to go to the bathroom i's pretty bad, no lock on the womens toilet, no paper in the womens toilet, no paper dispenser in the mens toilet and looks like a bunker. Maybe they've cleaned up their act in trying to scam people.
S	Shadey De Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: Cukrárna Aida is located in a pretty easy to reach area, in the main square of Olomuc. It's a quite informal place, with a big terrace perfect for the summer time. Food and drink: there is a huge variety of cheesecakes and cakes in general. Probably a little bit too expensive for being in Czech... summer lemonades are pretty interesting:) Service: really nice and efficient!!! :)
