★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor hygiene, the shop assistant, not washing the hands, taking coins, and giving directly the cornet for ice cream without paper and with the same, not washed hand that takes the coins. Same with the kelimek which felt in the ice creams, and was washed with the same fingers that just took the coins.
