Terrible disgrace to the patisserie, the staff snores while standing. Absolutely ignores the customer. Does she even like to do it or is she a "negotiator"?

Škoda, že nedělají třeba i palačinky O:-) Určitě zde nejsem naposledy! Ať se daří! Today for the first time. Unexpectedly pleasant environment and service. Desserts with jelly - excellent. I was surprised that they also sell small sweets. Too bad they don't even make pancakes O :-) I'm definitely not here for the last time! All the best!

New, very pleasant environment. Large selection of desserts, cakes, sandwiches. Homemade lemonades, syrups, etc. Willing, friendly service. In the summer sale of draft ice cream.
Z	Zlatica Kalužná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boli sme tam prvý krát lebo nás nalákala bohatá ponuka no koláče boli veľmi biedne. Zaspali dobu, staré klasické koláče plné cukru a margarínu. To ale nie je to najhoršie. Keď sa slušne spýtate servírky že či by vám dala na tanier aj ten druhý koláč ktorý ste chceli a ktorý ona zabudla tak sa na vás pozrie, zagúla očami a zákruti hlavou. Nikdy viac neprídem a verím že nikto iný tiež. We were there for the first time because we were attracted by the rich offer but the cakes were very poor. They fell asleep time, old classic cakes full of sugar and margarine. But that's not the worst. When you politely ask the waitress that if she would put the second cake you wanted and that she forgot on the plate, she will look at you, she rolls her eyes and shakes her head. I will never come again and I believe that no one else will.

Bohužel je mezi nimi i jedna obsluhující, která je na zákazníky velmi nepříjemná, mluví o nich přímo před nimi, nebo je zcela ignoruje. Velmi mne to mrzí, protože jinak jsem byla s cukrárnou, zákusky i s personálem spokojená a ráda jsem se vracela. Bohužel opakující se zkušenost s touto jednou paní mně definitivně odradila. Today was the last time I visited the confectionery. In general, I was satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, they were very nice and smiling. Unfortunately, there is also one attendant who is very uncomfortable with customers, talks about them right in front of them, or completely ignores them. I am very sorry, because otherwise I was satisfied with the pastry shop, desserts and staff and I was happy to return. Unfortunately, the repeated experience with this one lady definitely discouraged me.
M	Markéta Horáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Cukrárna, zakletá v čase” Cukroví a zákusky z cukrárny jakoby zaspala dobu. Jsou plné umělých tuků a v ústech po nich zůstává mdlá pachuť. Chlebíčky mají chuťově ucházející, ale také jakoby zaspaly dobu… Obsluhu ani nápoje jsem bohužel nevyzkoušela, protože jsem si brala zákusky i cukroví s sebou, ale vypadá to tam útulně. Avšak pro mě asi ne z důvodu nedobrého občerstvení. Třeba si to, ale najde svého zákazníka. :) "Confectionery, cursed in time" Confectionery and desserts seem to have fallen asleep.
