Bylo nám řečeno, že dort bude stát 400Kč, nebo něco málo přes 400 Kč. Když jsem si pro dort přišla, zaplatila jsem 580 Kč. To se mi opravdu zdá přehnaně odlišné od původní odhadní ceny. Navíc dort byl úplně jiný, borůvek tam bylo strašně málo a nahrazené byly zřejmě rybízem. Celý dort byl tím pádem o dost kyselejší, než původní zákusky. Myslím si že by tu potřebovaly významnou dávku proškolení nejem v zakladech slušného vychování, ale i obchodu samotného. Aby si člověk přišel na otevírací dobu pro chlebíčky a strpěl tím ohromnou scénu ze strany obsluhy je opravdu smutné, ale největší drzost je když zakaznik reřek co chce a obsluha mu dd něco úplně jiného, to je drzost největší, bohužel to jsem zjistila až při kontrole doma - částečně moje chyba, ale nenapadlo mě že by si dovolili mi dát něco jiného než jsem chtela. Určitě cukrárnu nedoporučuji a po dnešní zkušenosti už nikdy více. A to nemluvím radši ani o tom, že neměli žádné zákusky, na cukrárnu velký nedostatek. Nikdy nemajú punčáky ani trubičky z lístkového cesta plnene tým cukrovým krémom či iné klasiky. Delicious coffee, nice staff. Minus one star for a special selection of desserts. V současné době je to totiž asi jediné místo, kde si kopečkovou zmrzlinu na Vinohradech dáte (jinde již skončila letní sezóna). Je z čeho si vybrat, postupně zkouším různé druhy. U mě vede řecký jogurt s plátky mandlí a stracciatella s kousky čokolády. Stejně tak slaný karamel. Obsluha je milá, usměvavá, a tak se sem budu rád vracet :-) So far, I only come here for ice cream, because I mainly like scoops. Mají lepší druh marcipánu a vždy udělají dort přesně podle fotky nebo popisu tak jak ho chci a ještě hezčí a velice chutný! Umístění cukrárny pod budovou radnice není nejšťastnější, už jen z toho důvodu, že nemáte šanci si z hlavní cesty cukrárny všimnout a taky tam nedolehne moc světla, takže prostředí působí trochu ponuře. Vše ale vynahradí milá obsluha a nádherně zdobené a originální cupcakes, na kterých se surovinami rozhodně nešetřilo (taky po snězení jednoho už nemusíte na oběd :) ). Hvězdičku dolů ale musím strhnout za neaktuálnost otevírací doby. Pokud už někdo udělá cukrárně firemní profil na Googlu a dá tam nějakou otevírací dobu, tak by se měl i starat o její aktualizaci, člověk pak není nadšený, když celý natěšený dorazí dopoledne o víkendu k cukrárně a tam na něj kouká přepsaná cedulka s otevírací dobou od 14-18 namísto avizovaných 9:30-17.
