Personeel spreekt beperkt/geen Engels, maar wel erg vriendelijk en goede service. A real Czech cukrarna. Good coffee, big pot of tea and lots of choice of pastries. Staff speak limited/no English, but very friendly and good service.
I	Ingeborg Kliková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraceli jsme se s manželem z prodlouženého víkendu, před cukrárnou jsme viděli ceduli s oznámením o zmrzlině, zaparkovali jsme a vešli dovnitř, zeptali jsme se paní prodavačky na zmrzlinu. Odpověděla nám, že má zavřeno, že přece vidíme naštosované židle. Ochota sama, to by ji fakt vyčerpalo prodat nám dvě zmrzliny, měla jich tam široký výběr. Alespoň vím, kam nemám chodit, kde obtěžuji. My husband and I were returning from an extended weekend, we saw an ice cream sign in front of the patisserie, we parked and went inside, we asked the ice cream saleswoman. She told us that it was closed that we could see the chairs being stacked. Willingness alone, it would really exhaust her to sell us two ice creams, she had a wide selection there. At least I know where not to go, where to bother.

M	Milan Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukrarna ma uz zlate casy bohuzel za sebou. Vyzdobu hodnotit nebudu, ale vice nez Rakousko-Uhersko na mě dýchla 90. léta. Jak samotnými zákusky a jejich kvalitou, tak i ne uplne vlidnou obsluhou. Espresso bylo az na otazku, zda male ci velke, dobre. Byt me vzhledem k cenove hladine cukrarny prekvapila jeho cena (50 Kc). Navstevu jiz nezopakuji. P.S. S sebou jsem si bral ještě 2 kousky bábovky a ta mi tak chutnala, že ještě dodatečně přidávám jednu hvězdičku. The confectionery has had golden times behind it. Espresso was a question, whether small or large, good. The apartment surprised me with its price (50 CZK) due to the price level of the confectionery. I will not repeat the visit. P.S. I took 2 more pieces of cake with me and I liked it so much that I added one more star.

Jediné minus byla zvláštní obsluhující paní, asi jsem se jí něčím nelíbila, a trochu divně se na mě tvářila. Ale servis v pořádku. Beautiful confectionery with typical assortment at reasonable prices. Inside is beautifully furnished in the style of Austria-Hungary. The only minus was a strange serving lady, I guess I didn't like something, and looked a bit strange at me. But service OK.

Jinak ale cukrárna útulnější než kdejaká rádoby nóbl kavárna, fajn pan majitel s pěknou dobovou výbavou a expozicí (případnou cestou na WC zážitek pokračuje). Atmosféra dokreslená decentně znějící pohodovou dobovou hudbou. Příjemně vypité kafíčko s dortíkem. Do not trip over the stairs when the door is opened. Otherwise, the confectionery is more cozy than any kind of classy cafe, nice owner with nice period equipment and exhibition (eventual journey to the toilet continues). The atmosphere is complemented by decently sounding relaxed period music. Pleasantly drunk coffee with a cake.
