★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zákusky jsou dobré a určitě stojí za to ochutnat. Z čeho jsem nebyl nadšený je obsluha, která zvláštně a nesystématicky a velmi pomalu nosí objednávky (zřejmě pan majitel).
Navíc jsem trošku zmatený z toho, jestli je daný podnik teda cukrárna a pokud ano, tak proč zde nabízí polotovary typu "burger jako kráva" a hotdog podobného stylu.
Asi by to chtělo se trošku zamyslet nad tím, jak má zákazník vnímat daný podnik, protože mi přijde, že je to trochu nejasné a působí to i vnitřním vybavením nejednotně.
Osobně bych více zapracoval na kvalitě např. Espresso-tonic, které bylo kvalitou asi nejhorší, jaké jsem kdy měl, což je škoda, když káva je zde očividně základ (každý si dá k zákusku).
Z mého pohledu je v Břeclavi opodál mnohem lepší konkurenční podnik "Karma", který je o pár levelu výše.
Pokud bych měl Cupicake navštívit znovu, tak maximálně na zákusek s sebou.
The desserts are good and definitely worth a try. What I wasn't thrilled about was the staff, who carried orders strangely and unsystematically and very slowly (probably the owner).
In addition, I am a little confused as to whether the company is a confectionery and if so, why it offers semi-finished products such as a "burger like a cow" and a hotdog of a similar style.
I would probably like to think a little about how the customer should perceive the company, because it seems to me that it is a bit unclear and it also seems inconsistent with the interior equipment.
Personally, I would work more on the quality of, for example, Espresso-tonic, which was probably the worst quality I've ever had, which is a shame when coffee is obviously the basis here (everyone has a dessert).
From my point of view, there is a much better competitive company "Karma" in Břeclav, which is a few levels higher.
If I should visit Cupicake again, then for a dessert with me.
