★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Cvejn nám slíbil rekonstrukci topeni. Byl se na to podívat a pak nám přes měsíc nebere telefon a nyní je to skoro 2 měsíce, nemáme nic. Mohli jsme poptavat jine firmy. Rozumím, že je třeba práce hodně, ale není problém snad říct, že budete mít čas až třeba za půl roku. Takhle se opravdu nepodnika. Celkove zdržení rekonstrukce o 4 měsíce. Nedoporučuji...
 Mr. Cvejn promised us a heating reconstruction. He went to look at it and then he doesn't take our phone for over a month and now it's almost 2 months, we have nothing. We could have asked other companies. I understand that you need a lot of work, but it's not a problem to say that you will have time in maybe half a year. He really doesn't do that. Total delay of the reconstruction by 4 months. I do not recommend ...

Mr. Cvejn does not respond to e-mail requests for heat pump quotes, despite a telephone appointment.
