★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V cykloservisu jsou velmi ochotní. Pomohli nám seřídit koloběžku, vyměnit duši. Mám z toho dobrý pocit a rád se na servis obrátím s dalšími cykloproblémy.
They are very helpful in the bicycle service. They helped us adjust the scooter, change the soul. I feel good about it and I would like to contact the bike service with other bike problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cyklo u Matesa už nikdy víc!! Dali jsme tam opravit kolo s tím že u kola byl poškozen převod s řetězem ještě jsme upozorňovali na tenhle problém a pan řekl ze to není nic zásadního! Druhý den po domluvě jsme si pro kolo přišli a nebylo nic hotové! na druhý pokus hotovo ale po dvou týdnech opět ten samý problém! a ještě k tomu blbý přístup
Cycling at Mates never again !! We put there to fix the bike with the fact that the wheel was damaged transmission with a chain, but we pointed to this problem and Mr. said it is nothing essential! The next day we arranged for the bike and nothing was done! on the second attempt, but after two weeks again the same problem! and a stupid approach

Very friendly and helpful staff, he knew what he was talking about. He stayed with us to fine-tune the bike even though he was about to close. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezvadný přístup, majitel kolům fakt rozumí a snaží se pomoc, poradit, dobře vybrat a ještě vám ušetřit peníze. Snaží se pomoct, vyhovět všem a tak někdy trošku nestíhá.
Perfect access, the owner understands the bike and tries to help, advise, choose well and save you money. He tries to help, to satisfy everyone and so sometimes he does not manage to do it a bit.
