We wanted to buy e-bikes here, information about bikes was given quite strangely and one has to ask everything, we were new to e-bikes and we hoped that we would get a professional approach and introduction of bikes. Fortunately, we didn't buy bikes here and it was lucky because we were recommended a medium battery of 640Wh women and 720Wh men, that it is fully sufficient. I bought the bikes elsewhere where we were clearly recommended to have the largest possible battery for reasons of liveliness and comfort, so we have 720 women and 900 men and I can say that it is just when a person wants to enjoy e-bikes and a comfortable ride so you don't have to worry about energy in the battery, it's just enough. Another minus Paying bikes for 100k in cash seems quite strange to me at the 21st century, at least I need an invoice for the cash, but cash ?? Nebo (Or is there something else in it?) Expressed belief that the chain must be waxed, etc .. until the end of the sentence and a little disguised that it will cost another 500, -, I do not know at the round for 50k I would expect something else. The thing that got me completely, I explicitly insisted that I want a stand on the bike right away (after all, it's best for the bike, it doesn't have to be laid on the ground in the stands, etc.). Mr. Faltynek said it was a spec. a stand from another does not work and must be ordered. In the second store, we received an ordinary author's stand with the possibility of adjusting the length for a few crowns and it fits perfectly. I just don't understand why there ?? Probably business So suma sumarum. If you have a selected bike, you don't want to just come and take the buy and leave, and you don't mind cash, yes. If you did not know you want more information, experience, advice, etc .. then elsewhere. Ps: don't expect a discount ?

I can only recommend. Even with a lot of work, they accepted the bike for service and within two days, as promised, the bike was like new. I am very satisfied and I will definitely be happy to return here with confidence, thanks

Mr. Faltynek personally devoted more than 2 hours to our selection of bicycles. We have never met with such a nice and helpful willingness, service with coffee, etc. Each question answered, explained to us, we could try all the tested bikes on the spot, ride, compare, etc. At the same time help with choosing the necessary accessories, why yes or no, personal advice and experience. The next day we arrived for the assembled bikes and when we found out that they would not fit in our car, Mr. Faltýnek willingly offered to bring them to our house within the hour. Our experience is that one does not change with such a customer approach, and therefore we are sure that none of the negative reviews of this company is based on the truth. We can only warmly recommend this shop, this company to everyone. There really aren't many like that, 1-2 out of 10. Thank you very much again

There is perhaps no more expensive bicycle service in Prague. -Bleeding the brakes 360 CZK, work for 2min. -Washing the bike 500 CZK, otherwise he would not even accept the bike. -Instead of degreasing the creaking disc, he replaced it. -I had Shimano brake pads and without my knowledge gave some China. They play God knows what, but it's a disaster. Never more. For me, they rob people who do not know that it can be done at least 60% cheaper. Final amount for service 4100 CZK, incredible! Our current serviceman framed the receipt as a frightening case.
