Přes e-shop jsem si koupil helmu, bohužel její kvalita neodpovídala mým představám. S vrácením nebyl problém. Oceňuji telefonát p. Vlčka pro ověření platebních údajů.

Chtěl bych velice ocenit profesionální přístup a pomoc Jaromíra Ožany při výběru kola i následných servisech. Od firmy Cykloart mám jak klasické kolo i elektrokolo a vždy jsem se setkal s velkou ochotou k zákazníkovi.

Chlapi v prodejně ochotní a vstřícní, navíc oprava kterou by samozřejmě dělali postupně mě udelalit přednostně, tím pádem možu jet do cíle bez zdržení. Nejenom za sebe ale i za náš cykloklub CYKLOBANDA STRÁŽNICE velké díky, a snad někdy na viděnou.. Ps: radši u piva než zase na opravě ???

Co se týče sortimentu, výběr je zde veliký a sortiment rozmanitý. Za to palec nahoru v takto malém městě. Bohužel jednání se zákazníkem ze strany p. Ožany je doslova tristní. Odpovědět na pozdrav je zásadní problém. Budiž. Kolo, které nebylo zakoupeno u nich, po dlouhé diskuzi plné arogantních narážek dotyčného, nakonec vzato na servis. Pan Ožana asi jezdí servisovat své auto výhradně tam, kde ho koupil. Řekněme např. do Prahy, protože tak to má být, tam vůz přece koupil. Nabídka/poptávka/tržní ekonomika je sprosté slovo a nepřipadá v úvahu, aby jste si kolo zakoupili jinde než v Cykloartu. Servisní služby jsou leckdy na pováženou. Doporučuji Cyklosport Prašivka F.p.R, kde si zákazníka váží, při vstupu na vás nemají arogantní narážky a svými požadavky nikoho neotravujete. Divím se p. Vlčkovi H., že tohle jednání od zmíněného pána tak dlouho trpí. Dotyčný pán je totiž dobře známý svým jednáním po Kopřivnici a mezi cyklisty obzvlášť.

Bohuzel ani nevim kde zacit, nebot s takovou davkou neochoty, arogance a neprofesinality jsem se uz dlouho nesetkala! Kolo ktere jsem osobne v sobotu odpoledne dovezla na prodejnu Cykloart v Koprivnici bylo stare. Pozadala jsem o opravu. Kompletni vymenu predniho kola, servis - opravu brzd a celkovy servis. Nacez jsem si vyslelchla, ze kolo ma zelny ram a je tezke( i kdyz me napada ze to byla jediny objektivni a technicke relevantni argument), kolo nema zadnou hodnotu, nevyplati se to opravovat, nebot neni dobre, Pan tyhle veci nedela rad, nebot z toho nema radost......kdyz jsem se mu snazila vysvetlit situaci, ze so noveho kola ktere Bude uzito jen behem prazdnin investovat nechci ( syn ma 6mes. nove kolo v miste bydliste) Ale to stare je na prazdniny jezdeni s klukama po ulici staci. Jen at to opravi ze si priplatim hlavne at predni kolo je v poradku a ten zbytek. Odebral se k pultiku a jeste tam mi zduraznil, ze zadny velke investice, nema rad kdyz kolo ma mensi hodnotu Jak investovany material. Zalohu kterou jsem Chtela zaplatit nechtel. Dalsi duraz byl na vyzvednuti kola ihned v pondeli at mu to v prodejne nebere misto....Tim ze jsem cely tyden pracovne mimo, kolo vyzvednu ve stredu 70leta maminka ( driv nemohla) a zdesene mi volala, ze kolo je sice po servisu , ale osmice na prednim kole zustala.Kdyz se ptala jestli je to v poradku, ze na tom bude jezdit vnuk Pan odopvedel: " Dcera si to nedala vymluvit" a popral me mamince : Stastnou cestu.... Zhodnoceni bych nedala ani zu jednu hvezdicku: @ Castka 660KC za opravu / servis z toho 270 KC za Material ( po telefonickem rozhovoru s dotycnym panem : bohuzel ani jednou se nepredstavil) cimz koriguji rezenzi meho muze, ze byl Jen promazan retez , nebyl technik provedl upravy .... @ reaguji na odpoved pana pod rezenzi meho muze ( Daniel Habesohn) pulhodinove vysvetlovani ? Do toho Pan pocita 10 cekani na obsluhu..... 15Min arogance bez jedineho technickeho poradenstvi,nebo objektivniho vysvetleni. Zbytek casu Pan potreboval na vyplneni listu opravy a znovu zdurazneni brzkeho vyzvednuti a zopakovani o bezcenosti kola a cele opravy jako irelevantni. Dekuji za lekci. Dalsi navsteve se vyhnu. Doufam, ze recenze bude brana jako pozitivni podnet zmenit sluzby zakaznikovi. Habesohn

The bike that I personally brought to the Cykloart store in Koprivnice on Saturday afternoon was old. I asked for a repair. Complete front wheel replacement, service - brake repair and overall service. I also heard that the bike has a cabbage frame and is difficult (although I think it was the only objective and technically relevant argument), the bike has no value, it is not worth fixing, because it is not good, the Lord does not like these things, because he is not happy about it ...... when I tried to explain to him the situation that I do not want to invest with a new bike that will be used only during the holidays (my son has a 6-month new bike in the place of residence) But it's old to ride with the boys on holidays down the street. Just fix it, I'll pay extra especially if the front wheel is in order and the rest. He went to the counter and still there stressed to me that no large investment, he does not like if the bike has less value How invested material. I didn't want to pay the deposit I wanted to pay. Another emphasis was on picking up the bike immediately on Monday, so it doesn't take his place in the store .... Since I'm out working for a week, my mother (before she couldn't) pick up the bike on Wednesday, she called me in horror that the bike was after service, but the eight on the front wheel stayed. When she asked if it was okay that his grandson would ride on it, Mr. replied: "My daughter couldn't say it" and said to my mother: Happy journey .... Opravu elektrokola provedenou u jiné firmy mne zde opravili v záruce (zdarma) a tím ušetřili spoustu času a kilometrů. Děkuji.
