Cykloráj

Půjčili jsme 2 kola na den, kvalita na den dostačující, ale déle bych s kolem jezdit nechtěla, brzdy při jízdě z kopce skřípou a také přehazovačka se v některých pozicích zdá ne zcela seřízená. Paní v půjčovně není vyloženě nepřijemná, ale rozhodně není extra milá a ochotná. Komunikace strohá, servis nulový např. sedlo si nastavte sami.

Because my partner cannot respond to your answer about the blown out rear tire on a tandem, i feel compelled to answer : You gave what we feel is a bad faith answer to her critic. Point by point : - about communicating in czech language : yes, kind of sorry. That being said, ask google how many countries will the average western european tourist visit in his life (spoiler : almost ten) vs how many languages he speaks (spoiler : about two) and you'll find some understanding. We learned some words but cannot speak fluently, far from it. - you say a "sharp stone, etc" could have caused the tire damage but we gave you the tire so you could ACTUALLY SEE how damaged it was, how thin the rubber was. Not one sharp stone could wear a bike tire like this, but a million over a few thousand km, yes. We mean the strings under the rubber were showing ! The rest of the rubber was 1mm thin at places ! We gave you evidence (the replaced tire). This is why you got the bad review : poor bike condition from.... a bike rental agency. What note would you give, were roles reversed ? - last but not least if you want to count money : we walked 2km to the bike repair, then paid 540 for repair. Rental would have been 500. Caution was 1000. You gave us back 1000 = we lost 40 in the trade. We didnt argue for 40 because it would have been petty. We just went "eh they can keep the 40 that's a 2.5 stars review anyway". Some places would offer the 500. You did NOT offer the rental. Repairing your bike was not free. When you gave us 1000 back and sent us on our way out, you basically paid 500 out of the 540 repair cost. Had you offered the 500 rental cost, you would have given back 1000 + 540 instead of 1000. Google wont let us put a 2.5 so she put a 2/5. You answered in bad faith. Here's the 3/5 so it averages out at 2.5. Have a good day nonetheless, we won't be hearing from each other again. Rented a tandem today, got a flat tire on an extremely worn-out and smooth rear tire. Had to get it repaired in a nearby town (cheers to b&m breclav ^^). Couldn't find an English speaker among the staff. Very nice experience thanks to b&m and the really nice tour we could enjoy, but don't really recommend this bike rental establishment because they do not seem to bother verifying whether their bikes are in usable condition or not.
