Personál se vším vždy dobře pořadí a vše vysvětlí. I regularly have a bicycle serviced by Cyklo Sport and I like to shop here. The bike is always like new after service and rides "almost" alone. The staff is always well arranged and explains everything.

Ale obchod dělaj lidi a tady jsem narazil na dámu, která se tedy nejdřív zhrozila, když viděla, že vezu na držáku 4 kola, protože to by při nejlepší vůli asi nevyservisovali, ale když se dozvěděla, že je kolo jen jedno, tak její údiv opadl a kolo převzala hbitě ještě na parkovišti. Čile ještě s druhým sympatickým zaměstnancem či možná majitelem servisu a prodejny 20 let staré celopéro zhodnotili na totálku a varovali, že ho budou muset umejt za 350 Kč. Tak doufám, že zas bude brzdit a přehazovat, abych si zase pěkně mohl zařádit i na Klínovci. Je to teď s dílama špatný, ale oni to zvládnou, skvěle poradí, co má smysl ještě na kole zainvestovat a co už by nedělali. Vřele doporučuji. Chile and another sympathetic employee, or perhaps the owner of a service and shop, evaluated the 20-year-old whole house into a total and warned that they would have to wash it for 350 CZK. So I hope that he will brake and change again, so that I can get on Klínovec again. It's bad with the works now, but they can handle it, they will give great advice on what it makes sense to invest on the bike and what they wouldn't do anymore. I warmly recommend.

I faced some blocking bike problems during a ride yesterday (front derailleur came off & let my chain implode) & thought that this is the end of my vacation trip. Stopped by Cyklosport in the morning & 1 hour later I was ready to ride again. In addition they identified pro-actively other loose parts which were fixed. Thanks a lot for your great help! Very much appreciated!!
