★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem do tohoto servisu notebook s požadavkem kontroly a návrhu upgrade na zrychlení. Obsluhou mi bylo slíbeno, že se za dva dny ozvou a sdělí mi návrhy řešení. Po týdnu, když se nikdo neozval jsem se ozval já s dotazem, jak to vypadá. Bylo mi obsluhou řečeno, že nic neví, tak že se tedy zeptá kolegy a zavolá. Když se dva dny opět nic nedělo, došla mi trpělivost a zakázku jsem zrušil. Pán mi dost arogantně sdělil, že přece nebude volat, když nic neví. Musel jsem čekat do druhého dne, než kolega notebook dovezl z domova. Předání pak proběhlo v tichosti a bez problémů. Za to ta jedna hvězdička.
I put a laptop in this service with the requirement to check and design an upgrade to speed up. The staff promised me that they would contact you in two days and give me suggestions for solutions. After a week, when no one answered, I called and asked what it looked like. I was told by the staff that he didn't know anything, so he asked his colleagues and called. When nothing happened again for two days, I ran out of patience and canceled the order. The Lord told me quite arrogantly that he would not call if he knew nothing. I had to wait until the next day before a colleague brought the laptop from home. The handover then took place in silence and without any problems. The one star for that.
