2.At he actual class where i was the only student , teacher was not instructed how to manage the situation
3.Class was repetition of my previous knowledge due to the fact that my decision to have a class was based on my enrollment where I opt for group lesson and that I will wait for the group to be formed
4.After the class report and clarification request was sent to back to you 17 days ago without any feedback
5. Invoice value is a benefit from your side (1 star) , where only half of the class was charged
