★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kúpili sme pre psa na SK Huhubamboo polštář, ktorý sa po PRVOM praní obalu rozpadol v šve pri zipse. Následne sme to reklamovali cez predajcu a reakcia reklamačného oddelenia bola, že pravdepodobne došlo k neadekvátnemu praniu s avivážou a sušeniu v sušičke. Napriek tomu, že ani jedno nepoužívam, čo sme im prostredníctvom predajcu (ktorý im poslal aj obal) odkomunikovali, ich stanovisko bolo zamietavé s rovnakým odôvodnením. Myslím, že toto vôbec nie je proklientský prístup a od tejto značky si už určite nič nekúpim, hoci vankúš bol veľmi fajn a aj psovi vyhovoval. Pravdepodobne šlo o jeden chybný výrobok, ale s takýmto prístupom si táto firma môju dôveru už nezaslúži.
 We bought a pillow for the dog on SK Huhubamboo, which disintegrated in the seam by the zipper after the FIRST washing of the packaging. Subsequently, we complained through the seller and the reaction of the complaints department was that there was probably an inadequate washing with fabric softener and drying in the dryer. Despite the fact that I do not use any of what we communicated to them through the seller (who also sent them the packaging), their position was negative with the same reasoning. I think that this is not a pro-client approach at all and I will definitely not buy anything from this brand, although the pillow was very nice and also suited the dog. It was probably one faulty product, but with such an approach, this company no longer deserves my trust.
