★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych věděla z jakého důvodu jsou v pojišťovně telefony? Jelikož na ně nikdo nereaguje a nezvedá je, zajímá mě proč je číslo vůbec k dispozici? Na žádnou z Vašich poboček se nedá dovolat v jakoukoliv denní dobu, měsíc i rok.
I would like to know why there are telephones in the insurance company? Since no one responds to them and doesn't pick them up, I wonder why the number is available at all? It is not possible to call any of your branches at any time of the day, month or year.
