Mám objednány dva balíky ve stejný den, stejným způsobem, ale o jednom nemám ani jednu informaci, ani nedostanu výzvu, ani sms zprávu že tedy nebyla možnost doručení, přitom jak říkám! Byly dva balíky k doručení a jeden z nich absolutně bez problému doručen, jako balík do ruky, protože doma jsem byla! a druhý ve stejný den ne! Info o tom, že balík existuje nebo že je někde na cestě, popřípadě je uložen na poště žádné. Nechápu, proč když mi byl dovezen jeden balík, nemohl se s ním dovézt i tento druhý balík. JE to poněkolikáté, kdy balík do ruky skončil na poště a to i bez jakékoli informace o něm. Bez žádné výzvy k vyzvednutí. Absolutně nespolehlivé. Kdybych nemusela, nyní kvůli odesílateli, poštu absolutně nevyužívám. Alespoň zde na Praze 6 na Petřinách. Nejsem jediná kdo na tohle nadává. Myslíte si, že jako žena s dvouletým prckem a za pár měsíců rodící, můžu každý den stepovat na poště a vyptávat se na zásilku? Nebo marně očekávat nějakou výzvu? Či že se tak nudím a můžu být každý den odpoledne doma? Nechápu jak si můžete ty roky udržovat zaměstnance, na kterého jsou neustálé stížnosti. Information that a package exists or that it is on the way somewhere, or is stored in the mail none. I do not understand why when I was imported one package, he could not import the other package. It is several times when a hand package ended up at the post office, even without any information about it. No call to pick up. Absolutely unreliable. If I didn't have to, because of the sender, I don't use the mail completely. At least here in Prague 6, Petřiny. I'm not the only one who swears at this. Do you think that, as a woman with a two-year-old baby and a few months later, I can tap through the post office every day and ask about the shipment? Or in vain to expect a challenge? Or that I'm so bored and can I be home every afternoon in the afternoon? I do not understand how you can maintain an employee who has been constantly complaining for years.

V každém případě je nutnost návštěvy této instituce událostí, která vyžaduje vzít si alespoň půl dne dovolené. N	Nela Č. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy jsem s touto poštou neměla problém. Bydlím zde už 6let a poštu si vyzvedávam každý týden. Vždy je každý na mě milý a vstřícný. Chápu některé negativní komentáře, protože lístečky ve schránce taky často nemám nebo i když jsem doma tak stejně mi pošta balík nedoruci. Ale pobočka sama o sobě je skvělá tak nenadavejte na ni. I've never had a problem with this mail. I have lived here for 6 years and pick up my mail every week. Everyone is always nice and helpful to me. I understand some negative comments, because I often don't have tickets in my inbox or even when I'm at home, I still don't deliver the package to me. But the branch itself is great so don't curse it.

P	P J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak dneska mi volala jakási madam, která po nás chtěla jakési doplatky za jejich "celní služby", přitom celnici si zajištujeme sami. Když jsem se jí ptal, jestli jsou to poplatky za tyto služby, tak že prý neví, co je to za doplatek, že tam jsou uložené dvě zásilky a co s tím. Začala být dost drzá, a když jsem se jí zeptal na jméno, sekla telefonem a na volání zpátky už ho nezvedla (pošta Rudná u Prahy). Pokusím se to ještě řešit s někým normálním (nadřízeným), ale jednání katastrofální. I will try to solve it with someone normal (superior), but the action is catastrophic.
