Literally the worst post office in Prague. Just avoid it if you can. Loooooong queues, slow and unfriendly staff.

Staff were very helpful even though I couldn't speak Czech which is usually a problem. Line was 10mins which was hardly a problem. Good experience overall

Friendly and efficient post office. It's small so there is often a queue and it can take 15 minutes or more to get in and out. But this is not the fault of the staff.

The worst Post office ever! The staff is unpolite and so slow you will spend a days in there. Today was my last day in there! I went there with kids to send mail. Young post man Petr Ptacek just charged me for mail way too much. He had used the most expensive way to do this. I was busy with my kids and didn’t see whats going on. My mistake, but he refuse to do it again because of too much work! Ugh...

The fat woman in this post office. Not meant to be offensive but I can't see her name tag. She is ghastly and awful. We were sending parcels and it was 17:50 just 10 minutes before the post office closes. I understand that she'd be anxious to leave work. We were trying really hard to speed up the process. We had to fill in the customs forms and recipient address but everything is in Czech and you simply can't guess what those Czech words mean. They are nothing similar yo English. We asked the lady the help us with the forms and she said "JUST FINISH IT." We then said "Yes we're trying to but we don't understand what we're supposed to put into the blanks." "LOOK. AT. IT. READ. IT." she yelled. We were actually quite frustrated and embarrassed and so we asked politely again "but we don't understand Czech". Then she mumbled quite loudly in Czech (I don't know what she said but I'm pretty sure it's nothing friendly. She could be swearing at us at Czech for all we know). She wouldn't even give us the time to write down the recipient's name when we said we probably forgot to put it down. I hope that the parcels do get to their destination. I'd be quite surprised if they do.

With all respect to the work of people there, it is the worst post office I've experienced in Prague. Had to come here twice today - in the morning right after it opened I waited for 25! minutes after just one person. In the end I didn't have any more time to wait and had to run to work. Being such a big office it's work is unfortunately far beyond effectiveness...

Helpful and friendly staff. Even though I don't speak very good czech there was never an issue. The ladies even let me finish writing and preparing my post and processed it after closing time.
