There was a product from this company that we didn't even order. Unfortunately, my colleague took over and paid the 21,000ft at my workplace.

To żenujące aby o wypłatę odszkodowań za 20 przesyłek zagubionych rozpatrywać 1.5 roku. W sezonie świątecznym 40% przesyłek niedostrczonych że względu na nie wydolność firm kurierskich. Przesyłki dostarczane do klientów w Rumunii Bułgarii czy na Węgrzech ponad 10 dni. To cud że inni klienci byli bardziej wyrozumiali i zwrotów nie było 70%.
For a year we have been fighting with this pseudo Czech logistic broker for the return of the payment of compensation for lost shipments. It is embarrassing to consider the payment of compensation for 20 lost shipments in 1.5 years. In the holiday season, 40% of undelivered shipments due to the lack of efficiency of courier companies. Shipments delivered to customers in Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary over 10 days. It is a miracle that other customers were more understanding and the returns were not 70%.
