D	David Zoubek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme po přestěhování na Prosek problém sehnat kvalitní internet, jsem rád, že se nám to nakonec podařilo domluvit u Cznet. Jasně, jsou tam občasné výpadky a drobné nedostatky, ale celkově jsme určitě spokojeni. After moving to Prosek, we had a problem finding quality internet, I'm glad that we finally managed to arrange it with Cznet. Sure, there are occasional outages and minor shortcomings, but overall we are definitely satisfied.
L	Libor Sojka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měly jsme tohoto poskytovatele v práci a bylo to něco naprosto hrozného. Naprosto nestabilní. I LTE od T-Mobile je v zásadě rychlejší, stabilnější a levnější. Díky bohu, že už jsme to zrušili a můžeme pracovat bez výpadků. Co mě, ale opravdu překvapilo bylo když mi stavební úřad nařídil, že potřebuju od CZ netu vyjádření ke stavbě. V ulici žádnou síť nemají a vyjádření k tomu, že tam nic nemají stojí 400kc což je 2x tolik co chtějí České radiokomunikace (jediné tyto 2 firmy chtějí něco platit). Zřejmě tím CZ net dohání zisky, které jim chybí z důvodu, že nejsou schopni dobře poskytovat své služby. We had this provider at work and it was something absolutely terrible. Absolutely unstable. What really surprised me, however, was when the building authority ordered me that I needed a statement from the CZ net about the construction. They have no network in the street and the statement that they have nothing there costs 400 CZK, which is twice as much as Czech Radiocommunications wants (only these 2 companies want to pay something). Apparently, CZ net is catching up with the profits that they lack due to the fact that they are not able to provide their services well.

Když tu hned ze začátku byl technik, tak řekl, že je to v pořádku, že nás stíní asi soused, ať se připojíme přes kabel. Nedoporučuji. The worst internet provider. Především oceňuji vstřícný přístup, přepis z předchozího účastníka vyřízen během deseti minut na firmě. I nestandardní ukončení smlouvy vyřízeno ke spokojenosti zákazníka. Za sebe mohu doporučit právě za osobní přístup, který u jiných poskytovatelů, kteří s vámi ani nechtějí komunikovat jinak než písemně nebo po telefonu, nenajdete. O	Ondra Schild on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu velmi špatný poskytovatel internetu. Amatérský zákaznický servis. Slibuji montáž zadarmo, technik si na místě pak řekne přes 1000 Kč. Velmi časté výpadky připojení, kdy vám podpora řekne, že chyba je na vaši straně. Nakonec jsem internet chtěl přepsat na nového nájemníka bytu , celá operace trvala přes měsíc! Přitom přepis se dělal osobně na pobočce na Praze 8. Samozřejmě s tím, jak jim to trvalo mi automaticky poslali i fakturu na další měsíc . Paní potom chybu uznala a řekla mi , že nic platit nemám už. Jaké bylo moje překvapení když o tři měsíce později mi přišel email kde po mně chtějí úhradu za ten měsíc který jim trvalo uskutečnit přepis smlouvy. Bizar , oproti mému stávajícímu poskytovali nesrovnatelné. Really very bad internet provider. Amateur customer service. I promise free installation, the technician will say over 1000 CZK on the spot. Byla jsem připojena přes aplikaci která proste přestala fungovat. Když jsem se přes centrálu konečně dožádaný technika (mimochodem přístup osoby sedící na centrále fakt stál za to, něco žvejkala a akorát mi říkala, že si výjezd zaplatíme) odmítla jsem vzhledem k tomu, že chyba není z naši strany. Po požadavku odistalovani a nainstalovány aplikace a zaslání videa na mail, laskavě poslali technika, ten opravdu zjistil že to z nějakého záhadného důvodu který se nikdy neudál nefunguje. Řekla jsem ať to připojí přes setbox ať je to vedené takhle a mám jistotu, že to bude ok. Tak se i stalo ráda bych podotkla že při první návštěvě jsem platila 1000kč asistenční poplatek 1500kč router a setbox teď stál 2500kč. To je krásných 5000 za zapojeni internetu a televize od této prima firmy. DNES MÁME NEDĚLI 4 dny od návštěvy technika a televize zas nefunguje po minutě sledování programu mě to samovolně hodí do menu. JSEM OPRAVDU ZOUFALÁ a při představě řešení dalšího problému s touto firmou mám osypky NEDOPORUČUJI Really appalling, internet and television connected last Friday, television didn't work on Sunday. WE HAVE SUNDAY TODAY 4 days after the technician's visit and the television doesn't work again after watching the program for a minute, it throws me into the menu. I AM REALLY DESPAIRED and I have RECOMMENDATIONS when I solve another problem with this company

Unfortunately the developer chose them to provide connectivity in our building, and there is no alternative, otherwise I would have already switched to another provider. They're looking for excuses and lying to our (customer) faces about the problems they're experiencing with the infrastructure, and the type of infrastructure they have. Definitely not recommended.
