I have known this insurance company for many years and so far I must say that I asked her for help abroad. I was pleasantly surprised. The telephone conversation was sufficient, clear, and exhaustive. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím jsem reálně na pobočce nebyl, volání na zákaznickou linku proběhlo bez jakýchkoliv problémů, nejasností.
Problém byl vyřešen jedním hovorem, bez zbytečné omáčky okolo.
Zatím jsem spokojen :)
So far, I haven't really been to the branch, the call to the customer line went without any problems or ambiguities.
The problem was solved with one call, without unnecessary sauce around.
So far I am satisfied :)
