Jediné info o autě od prodejce bylo, že "jede jako motokára" což opravdu nejede. Přeci jen skoro 1.7t je znát. Na voze bylo 2x měněno přední sklo a lepidlem bylo kompletně překryté VIN, na STK by byl tedy problém s evidenční kontrolou. Prodávající tvrdil, že je to u BMW normální a že sklo je originální. Vůz údajně nebyl bouraný, ale dle pojišťovny byl měněn nejméně přední nárazník, kapota a čelní sklo. Kupní smlouva plná pokut proti kupujícímu, ikdyž například od smlouvy odstoupí prodávající (v tomto případě bych platil 140 000,-). Naprostá neochota smlouvu upravit nebo se dohodnout na jiné. Hlavně že během prohlídky vozu mě nejméně 6x nutil k podpisu a vystavení faktury, aniž by mi v podstatě cokoli o autě sdělil. Tak jsem se projel přes celou republiku abych nakonec zjistil, že mi auto neprodají. Jenom s nesmyslnou smlouvou a zatajením opravdového stavu vozu. Předpokládal jsem, že vůz bude příští týden již můj, ale bohužel. I definitely do not recommend buying a used car from this company. The only information about the car from the seller was that he "goes like a go-kart" which really does not work. After all, almost 1.7t is known. The windshield was changed twice on the car and the VIN was completely covered with glue, so there would be a problem with the registration check at the MOT. The seller claimed that this was normal with BMW and that the glass was original. The car was allegedly not demolished, but according to the insurance company, at least the front bumper, hood and windshield were changed. A purchase contract full of fines against the buyer, even if, for example, the seller withdraws from the contract (in this case, I would pay 140,000). Absolute reluctance to modify the contract or agree on another. Mainly that during the inspection of the car, he forced me to sign and issue an invoice at least 6 times, without basically telling me anything about the car. So I drove all over the country to find out that they wouldn't sell my car. Only with a meaningless contract and concealing the true condition of the car. I assumed the car would be mine next week, but unfortunately.
