★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem motory GEZE k otevírání oken. Objednávku jsem rovnou zaplatil. Po několika dnech mi volal pán, že se jim navýšila cena motorů od dodavatele a že budou muset cenu zvýšit. Na můj argument, že mám motory již zaplaceny a že na stránkách mají motory skladem s mnou objednanou cenou zakoktal, že webovky mají špatně a že sklad ověří. Od té doby ticho. Za dalších pár dní mi přišla zálohová faktura na zvýšenou cenu motorů s informací, že mi jí zapomněli poslat a motory pošlou hned po zaplacení. Informoval jsem je, že motory mám již zaplacené a že objednávka, kterou mi posílají je špatná. Až poté motory poslali. Shrnutí: Hrozná komunikace, nepořádek na webových stánkách a pokus oklamat zákazníka. Určitě nedoporučuji.
I ordered GEZE engines to open the windows. I paid for the order straight away. After a few days, my master called me to say that the price of the engines from the supplier had increased and that they would have to increase the price. He stuttered on my argument that my engines have already been paid for and that the engines are in stock on the website with the price I ordered, that the websites are wrong and that they will verify the stock. Silence since then. In the next few days, I received an advance invoice for the increased price of the engines with the information that they forgot to send it to me and the engines will be sent immediately after payment. I informed them that my engines had already been paid for and that the order they were sending me was wrong. Only then did the engines be sent. Summary: Terrible communication, clutter on websites and an attempt to deceive the customer. Definitely not recommended.
