A žádná poznámka, jak bych měl najít ten bus, také není. Musel jsem oběhnout stanicí víckrát abych našel zastávku a na bus jsem nestihl. Pište do poznámek, kde se nachází nástupní místo, a já toto hodnocení změním. It was written in the IDNES application that the bus will be at Terminal 20 at the Černý Most station, Prague. M	Michal Mikulik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S kamarády jsme měli vyjet v 7.40 do Pece nad Sněžkou z terminálu 7, ale když jsme přišli k terminálu, číslo autobusu nebylo nikde tak jsme hledali a taky jsme nic nenašli, pak jsme se koukli na google a tam psali že bus vyjíždí z terminálu číslo 20, ale terminál 20 na Černém Mostě není. Podle mě to je scam a radši si najdete bus na Čerňáku kde jsme dostali ještě lístky zdarma a možná že se i do Pece nad Sněžkou dostaneme. My friends and I had to go to Pec nad Sněžkou at 7.40 from terminal 7, but when we arrived at the terminal, the bus number was nowhere, so we were looking for, and we did not find anything. 20, but Terminal 20 is not on Cerny Most. Na telefoní lince, kterou má tato společnost uvedenou v kontaktech, na nás čekala pouze hlasová schránka. Nechápu, jak může být tato společnost ještě pořád zahrnuta v jízdních řádech aplikace IDOS, je to spíše taková loterie, kdy a jestli vůbec autobus dorazí. Ani po dvou hodinách čekání autobus nepřijel a nešlo se dovolat na telefonní číslo, které společnost uvádí. Velmi špatná zkušenost, hlavně v chladném listopadovém počasí, nedoporučuji. We were waiting for the last bus to Prague with departure at 19:00. Even after two hours of waiting, the bus did not arrive and it was not possible to call the telephone number provided by the company.
